In compliance with current regulations and in accordance with the right of rectification, United States of Italy publishes the following communication.In reference to the article “Vito Badalamenti and the Mystery of the Baroness of Carini” signed by Gabriella Ferrero, published in the “Primavera 2025” issue of our magazine, we point out that the photograph included in the article is the exclusive property of Mr. Alberto Salvatore Plano.

The image was used without prior permission and without credit attribution. The publisher and editorial staff apologize to Mr. Plano for the incident and pledge to publish a correction and the correct credit in the next issue of the magazine, as well as report the correct attribution in all future publications and digital channels.
