Does the so-called "American Dream" still exist? What opportunities exist for those looking overseas?

“"There are countless opportunities if you're creative and courageous, not, in my opinion, if you think you can just open the usual restaurant or pizzeria. They're looking for quick thinkers and interesting ideas here! The rules: meritocracy first and foremost. Keep in mind that companies here are accustomed to giving you the opportunity to prove you're good at what you do, and they have the good habit of paying upfront. I won't deny that when I work with clients in Italy who have to wait to pay, I sense a huge cultural difference. Furthermore, to work here, you have to demonstrate that you're bringing a benefit to the host country, and I can assure you that getting a visa is absolutely not easy (unless you make an investment they deem appropriate for the business you want to open).".

Made in Italy products once again demonstrate abroad that Italy is creative. What's missing here, unlike other countries?

“Absolutely, we have great creativity and, in some cases, a genius and adaptability that can lead us to great success anywhere in the world. What's missing in Italy? Respect for professionalism and meritocracy, and unfortunately, courage today. Respect for professionalism because everyone is good at everything, and an entrepreneur is also an expert in economics, marketing, technology, etc. (which is obviously impossible). Meritocracy because if you don't have saints in heaven, you go abroad to see your ideas have the right stage. Courage is lacking today, and honestly, I understand that. It's hard to dare if you have to fight every day to stay open.
