There are evenings that do not just take place: happen<\/strong>.
And the one staged on December 19 at the Circle of Officers of the Armed Forces of Italy (CUFA)<\/strong>, in the extraordinary context of Barberini Palace in Rome<\/strong>, was one of those rare occasions when different languages - music, art, taste, nature and education<\/strong> - Have found a common voice: solidarity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Benefit Concert<\/strong> organized in support of the Project UNICEF<\/a> \u201cChildren of Uganda\u201d<\/strong> demonstrated, once again, that culture can become a concrete tool for awareness and action.<\/p>\n

Heartfelt thanks go to the Commander Colonel Generoso Mele<\/strong>, at Lt. Col. Orazio Leotta<\/strong>, at Captain Joseph La Fiandra<\/strong> and to the Lt. Paola Paolicelli<\/strong> for their hospitality and sensitivity in hosting an event of such high human value in the magnificent setting of the Circle.<\/p>\n

When the language of taste and the language of art become a voice<\/h2>\n

At CUFA in Rome, the ANPA Academies - ANPA School National Academy of Hotel Professions<\/strong>, l\u2019Ateneo del Gelato Italiano<\/strong> and the ANPA ART Department<\/strong>, partners of the event, brought to the stage a real mosaic of languages<\/strong>: an interweaving of skills, visions and sensibilities that contributed greatly to the success of the evening.<\/p>\n

I have always believed that art and taste can change the gaze<\/strong>, make visible what often remains in the margins, ignite a new awareness.
Last night we did it together, For those who need to be seen most: children<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cVITA\u201d: an ice cream that nourishes and tells.<\/h2>\n

The symbolic heart of the evening was the ice cream flavor \u201cLIFE\u201d<\/strong>, a name that is already a statement of intent.
A tale of hope and dignity, dedicated to the children supported by UNICEF, created as a reminder that every child has the right to grow up healthy, happy and free<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Masterfully crafted by the Master ice cream makers Marco De Bellis and Angelo Moscetti<\/strong>, \u201cLIFE\u201d was not just a dessert, but a language. Each ingredient was chosen for its symbolic value:<\/p>\n

    Rice<\/strong>, universal nourishment, to remind us that food is a right and not a privilege.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ugandan banana<\/strong>, cultural root and \u201cmother of society,\u201d a symbol of resilience, community and future.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Dark chocolate<\/strong>, joy that becomes denunciation, a narrative bridge against child exploitation on cocoa plantations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    African honey<\/strong>, supportive sweetness, a golden thread that unites hands and hearts turning pain into hope.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Making the invisible visible: art that builds future<\/h2>\n

    With ANPA ART<\/strong>, the evening also provided space for visual art thanks to the work \u201cMaking the invisible visible.\u201d<\/strong> (50\u00d750, drawing, graphic and digital technique) by the Master Stephen Cat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    A powerful work, received with great interest by the public and the President of the UNICEF Committee of Rome, Dr. David Santodonato<\/strong>, in whose presence the work was officially donated to UNICEF.<\/p>\n

    The message is clear and profound: real change comes from quiet, everyday gestures<\/strong>, from the invisible work that builds schools, reduces disease, eases the burden on families.
    When the invisible takes shape, a child no longer has to imagine his or her tomorrow: he or she can finally experience it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Nature as a poetic language<\/h2>\n

    Nature has also spoken, thanks to the floral art of the Flower Designer Pierpaola Di Santo<\/strong>, which transformed the space into a visual tale of healing and rebirth.<\/p>\n

    Its elegant centerpieces, made with Christmas greens, red amaryllis and ilex<\/strong>, they were not simply decorations, but silent messages of hope<\/strong>, designed to remind us that even in the most fragile contexts beauty can flourish.<\/p>\n

    EVO oil: roots, rights and identity<\/h2>\n

    To complete the sensory experience, the tasting of the BIO extra virgin oils from the Azienda Agricola Tenute Donna Vittoria farm.<\/strong>, part of the network Evoo School Foundation - UNAPROL - Coldiretti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Cultivars Leccino, Coratina and Peranzana<\/strong> have narrated the land of the Gargano as a metaphor for rights, resilience and balance<\/strong>, through the oldest and most authentic language we know: that of EVO oil.<\/p>\n

    Music that unites<\/h2>\n

    Opening the evening was the Benefit Concert<\/strong> organized by ICARUS<\/strong> and from the\u2019Classical Orchestra of Rome<\/strong>, headed by the Master Raffaele Iannicelli<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    The audience was enchanted by the performances of the soloists Kameliya Naydenova<\/strong> (violin), Flavio Musillo<\/strong> (flute) and Danilo Bughetti<\/strong> (trumpet), as well as the extraordinary voice of the soprano Rossana Potenza<\/strong>.
    A long and heartfelt applause confirmed the value of music as a instrument of union and awareness<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    A recognition that gives meaning to the work<\/h2>\n

    The contribution of our Academies has been publicly acknowledged and applauded by the President of the UNICEF Committee of Rome, Dr. David Santodonato<\/strong>, from the Circle director, Colonel Mele<\/strong>, and from the top leadership of the Armed Forces Officers' Circle<\/strong>, who expressed sincere gratitude for the cultural, symbolic and human value of the initiative.<\/p>\n

    Not just creations, but visions<\/h2>\n

    Once again, this evening proved that When art, taste, music, tradition and education meet<\/strong>, solidarity becomes stronger, more visible, more concrete.<\/p>\n
